Spectra Paper Return Policy

At Spectra Paper, we take great pride in delivering high-quality custom printed packaging products that meet the specific needs of our customers.

 

As such, we have a strict return and refund policy for customized items. Customized Packaging Orders: There are no returns or refunds on any customized packaging orders once the artwork has been approved and payment has been made in full.

This applies to all custom printed products,

including but not limited to:

  • Sandwich wrap/wax paper

  • Bakery boxes

  • Napkins

  • Stickers

  • Hot & cold cups

  • Coffee sleeves

  • Paper bags (handle & non-handle)

  • Placemats and liners

  • Pizza boxes

  • Menus

Once the artwork is approved and digital proofs are signed off by the customer, production begins, and returns are no longer accepted.

 

Please note, production includes the creation of printing plates and other processes specific to your custom order.

 

Printing Plates:If a customer chooses to take their business elsewhere, they are eligible to receive their printing plates.

 

However, the customer must cover the cost of shipping for the plates. Unprinted Items: Unprinted stock items may be returned, subject to a 25% restocking fee. Returns of unprinted items must be made within 30 days of purchase and require prior approval from our customer service team.
