At Spectra Paper, we aim to provide efficient and transparent shipping for all in-store products. Below, you will find important details regarding shipping times, costs, and policies.

Estimated Delivery Time

For all products displayed in-store, we offer delivery through UPS and FedEx. Once your order has been placed, delivery times will vary depending on your location and selected shipping method:

• Standard Ground Shipping: 3-5 business days (UPS/FedEx Ground)

• Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (UPS 2nd Day Air/FedEx Express Saver)

• Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (UPS Next Day Air/FedEx Priority Overnight)

Please note that these estimates are based on order processing times and destination. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on your chosen shipping method and the weight and size of the package. You will see the final shipping cost at checkout. Here are the general rates for standard packages:

• UPS Ground: Starting at $10.00 for standard packages

• FedEx Ground: Starting at $10.50 for standard packages

• UPS Next Day Air: Starting at $25.00

• FedEx Priority Overnight: Starting at $27.00

For larger or heavier items, shipping rates will be calculated based on dimensions and weight.

Shipping Policy

• We ship domestically across the U.S.

• Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

• Tracking numbers will be provided once your order has been shipped.

• We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes; please provide a physical address for delivery.
